Effectively choosing a DJ for your Sweet 16 creates an additional set of questions that are very unique.
- Will family and friends be attending along with your daughters friends?
- Do you prefer to have a mix of music, or do you want the playlist to be geared for the younger age group?
- Are you and your family sensitive to particular lyrics or content?
Marsdale Productions subscribes to music services that provide “air-play” ready versions, but there still may be content that would be deemed inappropriate for this age group. Many times parents are not aware themselves of particular tracks that may be offensive. We will work in conjunction with all of you to insure any specific requests are reviewed, and the playlist is acceptable.
As with any event, the most important aspect of a “Sweet 16” party is the ability of the DJ to “Read the Crowd”, and being able to understand what is, and what is not working.
